Ronnie Lynn Brewer

Ronnie Lynn Brewer, age 69, of Oxford, MS went to his forever home Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Oxford in Oxford, MS. He was born June 2, 1953, in Oxford, MS to Woodrow and Lorraine (Gauss) Brewer. Ronnie was a man that loved working with his hands and didn’t shy away from hard work. He spent his entire career as a painting contractor, and retired from McCarty Architects in Tupelo after 27years. Ronnie was also very passionate about his relationship with the Lord and serving Him at Calvary Hill Church of Christ in Oxford, MS. But above all else, he loved his wife and children and spent as much time with them as he could. When he had time, Ronnie enjoyed fishing, wood working, gardening, and watching westerns, especially Gunsmoke.

Visitation is planned for Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Church Grove Cemetery from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM with Bro. Davy Russell officiating. Serving as pallbearers are; Chris Ales, Tatum Ales, Justin Gulliam, Joe Lewis, Bart Robinson, and Wade Bishop.

Ronnie is survived by his wife Kathy Brewer of Oxford; three sons, Jamie (Mandy) Brewer, Michael (Tasha) Brewer, Bentley Bolen; 3 daughters, Samantha Ales, Josie Hanks, Hannah Ales; five grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.

Ronnie was preceded in death by both of his parents.
