Mary M. Bunch

Mary Bunch, age 72, died Friday, September 16, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS. She was born May 6, 1950 to the late Lester and Marentha (Macnalley) Smith. Mary was outgoing, happy, and very much a free spirit. She retired from Humco Chemicals in Memphis, TN. She loved talking on the phone and was considered the family news reporter keeping everyone up to date on the latest happenings. Mary also loved going to yard sales, and doing word search puzzles. But nothing meant anymore to her than her grandchildren, whom she dearly loved. She will be greatly missed.

A memorial service to honor Mary’s memory was held at 11:00 AM, Monday September 19, 2022 in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home.

Mary is survived by two sons, Randy Parks, Jason Parks (Shannon); one brother, James Smith (Betty); one sister, Christine Brown (Phillip); six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

As well as her parents, Mary was preceded in death by seven brothers; and three sisters.
