Loretta Lee Waller, age 60, of Coffeeville, MS died Monday, August 24, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. She was born January 27, 1960 in Jackson, TN to Freda Robbins and the late Ellison Thompson. After completing school, Loretta held positions in many different places during her working career, such as Holley Carburetor, Kellwood Mfg, Kathy‘s Jewelry Box, and even did photography on her own. She loved traveling, especially out west, canning vegetables, but that which held the greatest place in her heart was family. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Grenada, MS.
Visitation is planned for Thursday, August 27, 2020 in the Gardiner Room at Seven Oaks Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. A service celebrating Loretta’s life will be held Friday, August 28 at 11:00 AM in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Shane Crawford, and Bro. Truman Scarborough officiating. Burial will be in Coffeeville Cemetery.
Loretta is survived by her husband of 41 years, Gary Waller; one son, Eric Waller; her mother Freda Robbins, all of Coffeeville, MS; and one brother, Aaron Thompson (Sherry) of Hernando, MS.
Loretta was preceded in death by her father, Ellison Thompson.
