Keith Edward Savage, age 61, of Banner, MS died in an automobile accident on Thursday, April 15, 2021. He was born March 1, 1960, in Chicago, IL to Harold Savage and the late Dorothy Savage. After high school, Keith joined the United States Army where he faithfully served our country in Germany. After returning home, Keith went to college and obtained a degree in horticulture. Afterwards, Keith worked in the maintenance field, and later as an automotive body repair man. With his love for motorcycles, he was a member of the White Knuckle Riders. Keith also loved working on, and repairing cars where the pride in his work showed through.
Visitation is planned for Monday, April 19, 2021, in the Gardiner Room at Seven Oaks Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Services will follow at 6:00 PM in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Billy Childs officiating.
Keith is survived by his partner of over twenty years, Maria Filippi; two sons, Michael Savage (Elizabeth) of New Albany, MS, Michael Filippi Jr. (Christy) of Atlanta, GA; one daughter, Tabitha Torres (Emanuel) of Kansas City, MO; one brother, Kurt Savage (Leronda) of Water Valley, MS; four sisters, Colleen Craven, Suzette Dufrene, Denise Welch (Jeff), all of Water Valley, MS, Linda Savage (Bill) of Cedar Lake, IN; as well as five grandchildren, seven nieces; and five nephews.
Along with his mother, Keith was preceded in death by one brother, Kenny Savage; and one nephew, "Little" Jimmy Yodual
