Jonathan Cleve Peacock, age 56, of Water Valley, MS died unexpectedly Monday, September 11th, 2023 at his home in Water Valley. He was born June 23, 1967 in Memphis, TN to Jimmy and Carolyn (Taylor) Peacock. Jon attended Southern Baptist Educational Center and later graduated from University of Memphis where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. A degree in business carried Jon to happy years as he worked in the field of pharmaceuticals.
After the death of his family, he moved to Water Valley where he attended Woodland Hills Baptist Church. He worked for Servpro, but the best part of his day was going home and being entertained by his beloved dog, Luke.
Although his interest of music was diversified, he loved playing the guitar and even composing some music.
Jon demonstrated his love for the Lord with a sweet spirit and his generosity was spread to many.

A funeral service is planned for Saturday, September 23, 2023, in the Henry Chapel at Seven Oaks Funeral Home at 11:00 am, Bro. Brennan Allen officiating. There will be a private burial for the family.

Jon is survived by a host of cousins and friends who loved him.

Jon was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy Cleve Peacock and Carolyn Jo (Taylor) Peacock, his brother James Clayton Peacock, and his aunt Gloria Gay (Peacock) Flora.
