Johnnie L. Weeks
Johnnie L. Weeks, age 75, of Water Valley, MS died Friday, November 1, 2019 at Yalobusha County Nursing Home in Water Valley. She was born July 13, 1944 in Lambert, MS to the late Willie and Corin Berry and dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, working puzzles and her dogs Little Girl and Skipper. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at VFW post 3978.
A graveside service will be held at Palestine Cemetery on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
Johnnie is survived by her husband of 49 years, Delmer Weeks; two sons, Ronnie and Rickey Hopper; one daughter, Ruth Ann; four grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Johnnie was preceded in death by both of her parents.
