John Henderson

John Watty Henderson, husband, step-father, grandfather and great-grandfather died at age 64 at his residence in Water Valley on Sunday, January 14, 2024. He was born on April 14, 1959 ro his parents, B.W. and Mary Henderson.

John was the owner of Water Valley Cleaners and Water Valley Shoe Repair. He enjoyed working with wood crafts and was a fan of MSU Bulldogs. John was a member of First Baptist Church of Water Valley.

John is survived by his wife, Alice Henderson; step-dughter, Beth (Josh) Hood; two grandsons, Joey (Kandi) Hood, Andy Hood; one great-granddaughter, Olivia Hood; one brother, Danny Henderson; three nieces, Dana, Tiffany, and Faith.

John was preceded in death by his parents, B.W. and Mary Henderson.
