James Woodrow Stone

Chuck Stone, age 66 passed away Tuesday, August 8th, 2023, at his home in Water Valley. Born April 12th, 1957 in Memphis, TN. Mr.Stone was the son of the late Ernest and Betty P. Stone. Mr. Stone retired from Cargill Inc. in Memphis, TN. Chuck enjoyed playing baseball and basketball during his highschool days. He enjoyed fishing and hunting on the family land. He spent most of his days riding his side by side all over the land with his dog, Pepper. He loved his family and was always eager to give them advice. Mr.Stone is survived by his son, James Patrick Stone (Aubrey) of Water Valley; two daughters, Erica S. Gilbert of Kodak, TN, and Jennifer S. Medeiros (Daniel) of Southaven; sister, Judy Brewer (Jeff) of Water Valley; three grandchildren, Aimerick Stone, Max Gilbert, and Albrey Medeiros.
The Family will hold a memorial service for Chuck on Saturday, August 12th at North main Methodist Church with Bro Doug Pepper officiating.
