Gary Lynn Sansom, age 57, of Water Valley, MS died peacefully Thursday, April 30, 2020 at his home with family by his side. He was born March 24, 1963 in St. Louis Missouri to Patricia (McClafin) Sansom, and the Late James Sansom. Gary was a handyman and loved to tinker on things, but spent the most recent years of his life caring for his mother Patricia. He was a member of First Christian Church.
The family will hold a private service, with a memorial service to be held at a later date.
Gary is survived by his mother, Patricia Sansom of Water Valley, MS; four brothers, James Sansom (Linda) of Leslie, MO, Alex Sansom (Kim), and Tom Sansom, all of Union, MO, Bruce Sansom (Cheryl) of Memphis, TN; and grandmother, Virginia McClafin.
Gary is preceded in death by his father, James Sansom; grandparents, Carl Sansom, Odell and Leroy McClafin.
