Frank Hall, age 88, of Water Valley, MS went to his forever home Sunday, August 20, 2023 at The Veterans Home in Oxford, MS. He was born September 13, 1934, in Water Valley, MS to the late William and Edna (Rogers) Hall. Frank loved spending time teaching children in his Sunday School class as well as during summer camps. He said "He loved the joy in a childs face when they learned something new." They joy of a childs face also led Frank to spend the holidays playing Santa at the mall where he lived in Indiana. Frank was a man with many talents, some of which was cooking and gardening. It was said "he could grow anything". He also had a heart for animals and was always on the look out for one that would need rescuing. Frank's knack for animals also included feeding and attracting humming birds, a passion that followed him to the V.A. home where he resided in Oxford, MS. Another passion was playing, and teaching others to play, dominoes. He was the undisputed "King of dominoes" in the V.A. Before his health declined, Frank also enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and hunting.
