Benny Dale Cook, age 66, of Water Valley, MS went to his forever home Monday, August 29, 2022 at his home in Water Valley, MS. He was born August 3, 1956, in California to Phillip and Jesse Aline Cook.
Dale was an avid storyteller who certainly lived a full life. Dale claimed to have started out his teenage years as a "beach bum" around Galveston, TX where he learned the trade of brick masonry that he was so talented at, which became his life long career. He then went on to have horses, living the lifestyle of a cowboy where he met his first wife and lifelong friend, Tina Marie Vanderman, of Augusta, Kansas. He then went on to be a biker and met his second wife and mother of his children, Sandra Kay Cook in Texas. Dale settled down in Water Valley, MS where he raised his family.
Dale is survived by his children; Ben Cook and his fiance Phillip Swanson of Columbus, MS his daughter Amanda Evtuch (Daniel) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, J.P. Williams of Water Valley, MS, Jack Evtuch, and Nick Evtuch of Memphis TN; his son in law Jason "J.J." Gullette of Water Valley, MS; one brother, Roy Russell (Meagan) of Kerrville, TX; one goddaughter Candice Perez (Saul) and their daughter Erin all of Memphis, TN; one godson Richard Fischbach of Lake Jackson, TX.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents; Phillip Cook and Jesse Aline Cook; his daughter, Trish Gullette; one grandson, Mason Williams; the mother of his children, Sandra Kay Cook; and two brothers, Andy Hicks and Phillip Cook.
