Barbara Faye Calder

Barbara Faye Calder, age 69, of Coffeeville, MS died peacefully Monday, August 26, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. She was born july 4, 1950 in Water Valley to the late Oscar and Faye (Jackson) Chandler and dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker. Once her family was grown, she received a degree in cosmetology. Barbara was member of Haven Hill Baptist Church.

Visitation is planned for Friday, August 30, 2019 at Elam Baptist Church from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Services will begin at 3:00 PM with Bro. Bob Cook officiating. Burial will be in Elam Church Cemetery in Coffeeville.

Barbara is survived by two sons, Jerry Ferguson (Alisha) of Coffeeville, and Shane Ferguson (Rikki) of Oxford, MS; two daughters, Terri Simpson (Leonard) of Coffeeville MS, and Diane Ferguson of Oxford MS.

Along with her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of almost 25 years, Van Ferguson.
